It is also perfect for families as it is located within walking distance to Andretti Thrill Park and within 10 minutes of dog parks, playgrounds, splash pads, family restaurants (both locally owned and chains), the Atlantic Ocean, and the Indian River Lagoon, one of the most diverse estuaries in the United States.

Our ponds are a great place to fish, walk dogs around, or just enjoy the wildlife. Several types of ducks, shoreline and wading birds (including the threatened wood stork), and even hawks are seen throughout the community.
